I get bloated after eating stuff like that but then I am sensitive to gluten and have other issues that go along with that. I have to be careful with the processed foods too. A person's body is an amazing thing and each person has to find out what is best for them. Good luck to you on your fitness journey.

I've been lifting for two years. I'm not NEARLY where I want to be yet but I've come a long way. I work with a personal trainer and lift 3-5 times a week average. I love it and it has changed my life. I'm not stopping yet. Good luck to you.

Losing weight the right way is rarely easy. It takes a lot of hard work and determination. Eating at a healthy deficit, drinking lots of water, and working out will give you your best results. You have to be willing to put in the hard work in order to have lasting success.

I agree that it can be done even on medications with a side effect of weight gain.
