I had enough with my body. I wasn't happy with how I looked and knew it could be changed. I started eating right, using this app to help, and working out when I had time. I've lost about 40 pounds and I feel great.

I've had Insanity for a couple months now and always did it whenever I felt like it, never in a pattern. However, I just started it again on Monday. Day 4 already! I figured if I own it I might as well try out the 2 months program. It's not easy, you really have to be self motivating. Totally a good workout though.

I'll drink once in a while but I make sure those calories are added in to my diet. Around 3 shots OR 2 beers will be about 200 calories. Add Me!

I use 100 calorie packs, yogurts, rice cakes, popcorn, pretty much anything under 100 calories

I've been doing the slim-fast diet for only three days now. So far I like it. I started it because I wanted some guild lines. I follow their format, not really using their products. For myself, I eat whatever I want to as long as it is in my calorie range. However, calorie counting is not something you should teach your children. I would suggest buying rice cakes instead of chips, yogurt instead of icecream, and low calorie drinks instead of pepsi and coke. Little changes can make a big difference.

I've been using MFP since New Years on my cell phone and lost 35 pounds, just recently I found out about adding friends and the message boards, definetly made it more fun!
