    2 cups of organic baby kale leaves, 1/2 frozen banana, 3 strawberries, 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/2 blueberries, 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of ice. My new Vitamix helped me drink it

    1 piece pumpernickel bread with 5g peanut butter, 1 Tbsp sugar-free strawberry jelly.

    I ate 300 calories worth of doritos.

    I usually eat 1 1/2 c Ore-ida potatoes, 2 eggs scrambled, and 2 pieces of toast with sugar free jelly. It is incredibly filling for 360 calories.
