    I ate breakfast today. at a normal breakfast time. Don't tell the IF nazis :laugh:

    Homemade white bread with pumpkin butter, peanut butter and cinnamon.
    Protein 1st cereal with maple syrup.
    Wagon wheel and some oreos.
    Some honey rice crackers

    I had a ricotta cannoli with a cappuccino ... huge departure for me for breakfast.

    I had a boiled egg and I juiced 3 oranges. Drinking my coffee now. Wil have my almonds in an hour and a half. Usually I have a mean green every morning but, I switched it up today
