An egg white with 2 tbsp of salsa, 1/4 of an avocado, and a cup of black coffee.0

I had a scramble made of one liquid egg white (3Tbsp of the liquid) and 1/2 cup sauteed baby mushrooms seasoned with dill and salt. I put it on top of half a low-cal whole-grain English muffin. If it was a weekday I would have also had two or three cups of coffee with about 2Tbsp almond milk (total, not each), but I like the option of a mid-morning nap on weekends.0

fiber one 80 calorie chocolate cereal. (dry, i don't like milk and it's easier that way. i can take it with me when i go to my college classes in the mornings)0

I had 4 weetbix with 1cup full cream milk and 1tsp raw sugar. Then I had a Mocha (400cals! Ouch!) and a hashbrown.0

I ate four waffles with syrup. I regret....NOTHING! :laugh:

1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese with some flax plus raisin crunch in it. This is pretty much my breakfast every single day lol0

banana and half cup of cold coffee before the gym.
after: 3.5 oz diet yellow cheese (never again :grumble: i'd rather save up my calories/fat and eat good stuff) and more coffee. Going to try to cut back on coffee (drinking some herbal tea right now). usually i have a plain low fat yoghurt but was feeling hungry
actually not sure if i should add more carbs or not - i just started MFP a week ago and things are going really great, scale says that i lost 4.6 lbs the first week, so i must be doing something right. I cut back on carbs, especially bread, and have carbs only at one meal - supper. i'll see how things go this week.0 -
