  • There's a fat free cheese, it comes in little blocks and is only 40 cal a serving, it melts really well I use it for low cal quesadillas all the time! I can't remeber the name off hand but I know Ralphs has it. there's a bunch of different flavors and it tastes great!
  • Depends on what kind of sushi you get, as well as sauces and additional stuff you add on (such as tempura or the crunchy). Basic fish and veggie rolls and sashimi are usually fine (although some fish are more fatty and carry higher mercury content than others)
