I have powerlifting for 10 yrs I always that I was fit. My wife takes me thru a daily routine on the net called bodyrock. They are fantastic. Please visit this site. Men swallow your ego. I am getting in better shape each day.:happy:

Yes it's free! I first saw it on YouTube. This girl does some brutal workouts but has a smoking body!0
