I am not a runner, BUT I decided I had to do something , so I signed up to to the turkey Trot on Nov. 23 and on Sept 23 I started "training" I walk 2 minutes run 1 min Tues , Thurs , Sat and Sun of last week and this week I start walking 1 min and running 2 for 30 minutes on those same days....... When I lose weight I tend to be boyish rather than curvey.
