Most of the time I eat it plain, but I love it mixed with a little bit of hot spaghetti sauce. It's kind of like lasagna without the noodles. Delish!

I love the weekend challenge idea!! It is extremely hard for me to stick to everything through the entire weekend. The last 4 weekends I have either been out of town or celebrating my birthday. My weekends for the immediate future are clear though, so hopefully that will make eating well and exercising easier. Good job…

I'm in... I will combine walking/running/hiking. Since this is my first challenge like this, I am going to go for 50 miles. After September I will reevaluate and see if I should up it! :)

I finished W4D3 today. It was actually my 3rd week of Week 4. The first 2 weeks of it I only got in 4 runs total, and Week 5 is intimidating!
