Is 1340 enough calories for you?
-
Why is this a thing?

And that Thrive person's comment is gone.

^ sales pitch if there ever was one.

Cardini's Caesar has no sugar. For the person who commented about dressings having sugar. However, it is high in calories.

I am having a hard time sticking to my calorie goal. I do not feel satisfied with the foods I eat, so I am constantly going over my calorie goal. A single egg would do NOTHING for me. Nuts do nothing for me. It's frustrating.

I might just throw together a Caesar salad - lettuce (spinach or romaine), seasoned chicken, parm, and Caesar dressing. I am trying to reduce my calories a little. I use a LOT of butter right now and I am feeling meh about that.

I buy my meat at Aldi... I get their chicken thighs (both bone/skin and boneless/skinless), I've bought their skirt steak, top sirloin, chicken breasts, chicken wings. None frozen.

I am set on 1800 and losing slowly but steadily... I could never live on 1200.
-
Why are you taking this?

Will it stay blended? I won't drink the coffee til about 3 hours after I make it...
-
I drink about 12oz of coffee (in one mug), and add 2 TBSP HWC. Otherwise I'd be consuming a lot more calories cuz I love my HWC in my coffee.

I wasn't sure if people did net carbs while doing LCHF... In that case, YAY! And this stuff is yummy, wow!

OK so I dropped my goal down to 1800. I am over today, but it's 1897. Carbs are a little higher than they should be. I made mashed cauliflower without checking the carbs. Ooops. But I made my own dressing with EVOO and red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, and basil. I am trying to make one of my meals larger so that I am…

Thank you

You are 100% correct - it IS a mental thing. And it sucks. I have barely any stomach issues when I cut carbs so I love that. I am NOT looking for a crash diet. I guess by reading others' posts, I thought I would see something initially, hell, even water weight!

Thank you  I love my omelet at breakfast. I am usually pretty hungry in the morning so skipping breakfast is usually a no for me.
-
Thank you. I guess I am thinking I need high fat foods, which equates to more calories in my head. I was already thinking I need to change the dressing to something else - I just don't care as much for salads without it. My biggest struggle is having food at work. I am trying to pack foods that will keep me full for 10…

The reason I even posted this is because there are arguments in this group for and against tracking calories.

I drink 90-100oz per day

We aren't even doing the same WOE.

OK for everyone, I am 5'1". I am not active, as I have several back injuries from a car accident. Pain is 24/7. I need to lose some weight to reduce the pressure on my spine, which will reduce the pain so that I can do more. I have a desk job, so I am not laying around in bed. I do walk around and stuff but can't go fast.…

I actually never thought of it that way. I mean, I get what those people are saying, but I like what you're saying better.

So for emergencies it wouldn't be the worst thing. But one probably shouldn't eat them on a regular basis. Thanks for the input. I will check the reddit links.
-
I was asking if you eat them.
-
It's still frustrating. I am on day 11 and I haven't even lost 2 full pounds yet.

Mine is open and should be to the public. If not you can add me :-)

So glad I am not the only one who experiences the bad mood side effect of being out of my Salted Caramel

How do you cook a rotisserie? (kind of on-topic, right?)
