I do a lot of "Power walking", lots of recumbent bike, weights, jump rope, lots of ab exercises(some weighted), and Im starting to run.:wink:

I officially fit into a sz small/6. An yesterday I walked 12.2 miles in half the time it was estimated to take!

I havent replaced the watch battery....I put the strap in the washer ;) We will see if that works..I'll also go pick up watch batteries today.

Thanx everyone:) I also have been doing deadlifts. I'll continue with that. I have a punching bag set up..I need to start using it again....fun way to get rid of all your daily stresses/etc:laugh:
