  • I'm going to pass this knowledge to others that I know or family members. I learned that this class has effected my future in every way.
  • I admire my grandma because she was very health person who lived to be at the age of 70 or above. She was our elder mentor she helped us with family matter and that is why I admire about her. My dream was to be ancestor that will help people that are needed in the future.

  • My religion is christian it's very special because it has to do with spiritual, physical, mind and the world it kind of like Native American but we worship only one God.
  • The most that I need to focus is be more conscious of what we are putting into out body because there are some food that i don't know and what they do to our body. So to improve in this area is to search the food that I want to eat then ask friends or teachers to see if is ok to eat.
