Took me a few weeks, then it hit me. I'd say around week 3 or 4 I had headaches, nothing too major though.

Everyone is different. Some say its bad to weigh more than once a week, others weigh everyday. Its all about what works for you. I weigh everyday. Works for me and helps keeps me motivated! :)

Try a little bit of PB2 and a banana. That might make it take a little better. What kind of protien are you using? I use ON platinum hydro whey, its pretty good!

I read a little more about TDEE so it makes a little more sense to me. Maybe I will up my calorie intake... I exercise almost everyday and work in hospital, my job can be physical. This is me 100% I have it but have figured out my triggers... I cut out coffee, dairy, processed sugars and fatty foods. I also drink and Advocare (no I dont sell it, I just like it) fiber drink every morning. If I eat off track, I feel it.

I hadn't thought of it that way. I am fairly new at this. I am using weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 days (once fasting, once in the evening) per week. Any resources for decided how much I should be intaking? I am no mathemtician and dont have a complete understanding of the above... I love to learn!

I am eating around 1200 caloires a day, maybe a little more. I have been losing. I eat every three hours. High protien, low carb, low fat with one high carb cheat meal per week. I exercise and dont usually eat back my calories. Works for me so far!
