Supposedly the Up3 has BF% tracking which would make me lean their way, but again its not out yet. So I guess it depends on which features are the most important. Im not big on the watch portion but if I was then I would go vivo.

I was just reading about this the other day. It looks like it got funding via its Kickstarter and will be more accurate for people who cycle. Im debating getting this or waiting on the new bodymedia since im not a big cycler, although i do like the ankle option better than the arm

I just got my DVDs so Ill start with you. Feel free to add me as friend.

NSAIDS (Aleeve etc.) may help wtih inflammation and swelling. When im really in pain my body laughs at it, but it helps with the swelling even if I still am hurting. I would start taking them a few days out at least to see what it does. When you say even with medicine, is prednisone apart of that?
-
wooow awesome progress
-
I would say try to reduce your carbs as much as you can. I found that Prednisone pounds are more stubborn than the regular ones. Also try to watch your sodium as well.

nevermind, the copy and pasting part was the problem lol. I guess it had some invisible characters
-
I was trying to join but it said I had the wrong password, did that change as well I just did a copy and paste for both teams actually

I think my goal would be between 145 and 150. Ive been that before and was small but I want to be less body fat this time so a little more muscle and hopefully not skinny fat :\
-
I was wondering about this myself, I think the substitute ill try is using shirataki noodles instead of the cellophane noodles. HTH http://www.thaifoodtonight.com/thaifoodtonight/recipes-StirFriedMungBeans.html

Wow, thats amazing especially for only 30 days. I can really see the changes in your midsection and back which are my main problem areas. And I love the bodymedia as well how much calorie burn do you get a workout?

awesome...my turbo fire has been sitting collecting dust, let me find out I need to get back into it!

exercise def helps with my joints. Ive never tried the gluten thing, but I do have a sweet tooth and ive given up candy for almost 6 weeks now and I still have flare ups. Im going to see if gradually over time they become less frequent because its not like i need the sweets anyway, my waistline shows the difference even if…

Ive never tried them, but i am curious. One of the things in my small little mind I expect athletic shoes with all their fancy cushions to do is be easy on the joints but ive been hearing they are quite comfy so im glad somebody with joint issues is here giving a review. My knees have been bothering me lately so im…

too much sugar can be bad even from things like yogurt. Some yogurt does have alot of sugar, the greek ones are extra tart so they try and make them taste better by adding like 20g of sugar! See if you can get no sugar added or plain and then maybe add the fruit yourself. eating according to the low glycemic index is a…

Id talk to your doctor, but i will say its much easier to see swelling from joints when youre smaller because its less fat to confuse it with if that makes sense.

Im 30 y/o and my only official diagnosis is Lupus. Im off prednisone for now but i take Plaquenil every day and have been for almost two years. My joints waking me out of my sleep in pain was my first symptoms actually. Ive actually had an increase in flares recently to point where i cant walk or hold a fork so im probably…

I love them! They do have a slippery texture and I find its better for thinner sauces or has a tendency to make your sauce seem thinner but they work for me! They do smell weird fresh out the pack but rinsing them and then cooking them alleviates all of that.

I JUST discovered her last week because I had a terrible pasta craving and im supposed to be low carb lol. She had recipes for shirataki noodles which arent real pasta and I ran to whole foods and picked them up. The verdict = awesome! The brand I got even says Hungry Girl approved on the package lol. I didnt know she had…

I have it for wii and i like it, but i like the original one as well; didnt get the more workouts version. im doing a 9 week challenge right now and there seems to be enough variety. there is a thread for that so you can maybe find more people in there who might have ps3 and can give more reviews. i dont have it on ps3 but…

thanks for the info!

Walking is good and the more i do it, the more the imflammation gets somewhat better. elliptical is low impact but you can stil get a high intensity workout in.
-
I didnt set up the internet part with it yet, but i probably will sometime this weekend so I would be able to join a EA group.
-
I know im a little late but i want to join this as well. I just got this game for Christmas and im starting a 9 week challenge I did a hard cardio session on the first try and it was brutal...or im just way out of shape! I think the game said it doesnt count the warm ups and cool downs so maybe that is why your HRM is…
-
I just ordered this game so I havent checked it out yet, but that sounds like a good plan!
-
well its not a HRM really. its primary function is the calorie counting so you wont be able to say track and stay at a certain heart rate like say a fat loss zone to judge your fitness like with a HRM. You'll have to gauge yourself by cals per minute instead. I have it and I like it, but I do wish that you didnt have to…

I'm in....I started doing this a few months ago and got up to week 6 but I had some health issues that took me out for awhile but im back now! I'm probably going to start all over and see how my body reacts since I havent been exercising in quite some time and i'm still not 100% yet.
-
I havent decided but i'm seriously considering it....i'm finishing up the push phase this week and this might be my next step. I'm trying to wait until I finish Lean and then maybe do the Hybrid instead of Lean for Life, but with everybody talking about turbo fire I keep wanting to start sooner!
-
The company that makes it is bodymedia and I know they have the same thing marketed as Gowear fit that might be available in canada... there is also a version that you get from doctors for probably people severly obese but i'm not sure of what they call that one.
-
they're actually alot of people on the forum doing this... sometimes they abbreviate with C25K if that helps with your search!
