Thanks everyone. I am eating my 1200 calories a day and drinking my water. I just closed my diary because I had stopped logging faithfully recently because I was getting so frustrated. I will look into the thyroid check. I have an appt coming up. I am trying to stay positive because I know where I wanna be. I like the…

I have Wii fitness and Wii Zumba. I love Zumba. The Wii Fit is OK. But I don't get much use out of it. I use to think it did a lot until I started really learning about working out.

Thanks. I just checked it out. They have a lot of stuff on there!!!

vampressmom...cool. Make sure that you keep in contact with your Guard recruiter and continue to keep weighed and measured based on the current standards. I am prior Navy and my husband runs a recruiting station so I know your recruiter should not only continue to weigh you adn measure you, but also help give you some…

Military not only goes by weight but they also go by body fat measurements. have you had those checked by a recruiting office yet? Weight requirements and measurements are done completely different in the military verses the medical community. I know this doesn't answer your question but something to think about,…

I have the sportline duo 1010. It is a watch but it also has the chest strap. So I only wear them both when working out. I love it. I am not sure if there is a HR monitor without the watch. Sorry...not very knowledgeable with HR monitors.

If you find one or start one let me know. I would love to join as well.

Awesome....I love this!!!

I was wondering the same thing. I got a heart rate monitor that has the strap around your chest and it tells me I burned 50-100 calories less than what the treadmill says so I use my heart rate monitor now. It has all my personal information (age, weight, etc.) and the treadmill doesn't, so I just assume my HR monitor is…

I just got Zumba for Wii yesterday and I LOVE IT!!! I just finished today's workout and in 40 minutes I burned 580 calories. I found myself excited to come home and do it. I have never tried Just Dance though but I am in love with Zumba. Hope that helps.

Thank you guys so much. I am not giving up on my journey AT ALL. I am just getting bored with my current plan. Oh, and I found pictures of myself before and after bootcamp and I am determined to get that body back. I think I will try Zumba. I have heard a lot about it. Unfortunately there is not a Y close enough…

I'm really confused now. My BMR is 1200. At the end of everyday, when I submit my daily activity and food log, if I am less than 1200 it shows me losing the weight I set out to lose. If I eat right at 1200 or more (after accounting for exercise), it says I am barely losing. So I though I was supposed to have a deficit…
