  • I made the mistake of not taking pictures. I'm just under 5'2" and started at 232lbs and got down to 137lbs. Then I had another baby so I have to do part of it all over again. Lol did almost all of it with keto.
  • If I feel the need to eat before a workout I usually just have a cheese stick or a bit of broth. If I eat any more than that before a workout I get lazy. Lol
  • Like said above it takes time, just like any other way of eating. As long as u r eating ur macros and calories correctly then yes u will see inches disappear. There is a small % of people that keto does not help for some reason or another. But most of us see good results.

On Pinterest u will find a Mississippi roast, crack chicken, 90 second bread, fat head pizza, mashed cauliflower (u want the one with cream cheese and parmesan), cheese taco shells, big Mac salad. Original poster.... if u have a Facebook I recommend u join a group called "keto for badass babes" there a group of strict keto only women, many of which LIFT and some even professionally, along with trainers. Go talk to them. It's a large group that is all for keto with a lot of good info.

  • Went shopping for new yoga and pj pants. Started at xl in both. 6 months ago I bought large jammies and small yoga. Today small jammies and extra small yoga pants!!!!!!!! And from xxl shirts to a medium. Lol I dont shop often.
