Don't worry about sugar, it's for added sugar, like in your tea or chocolate, not fruit sugar, but mfp doesn't distinguish between the two. I don't even track sugar, just carbs, protein fat and fibre (and cals obviously) :)

Of course it's possible. You could gain weight drinking diet coke if you drank 3000 cans , as that would be 3000 calories. If you're going over your allowance then yes it will slow down your weight loss, if you're going over TDEE then yes you will gain weight.

First of all vegan isn't healthy you have to work hard! To be healthy on it. I researched for months and went vegan and now I am one a temporary break back to veggie because I had so little protein and was completely depressed, lost tons of muscle and actually gained a stone since April, so, deffo doesn't mean weight loss.…

If you struggle to eat 1200 calories, how did you end up overweight in the first place? ETA: maybe not overweight, but in a position where you want to lose weight. Sorry if I offended :blushing:
