5 days in a row of Pilates and yoga! I was starting to realize how sedentary I had become,so I went on youtube, found some videos, and made a schedule for myself. I was so sore the first two days, but I kept at it anyway. I think doing basic yoga every night has helped with the soreness, as I am perfectly fine today.

Yeah... one of my best friends is in his late 30s and got to see Megadeath and the Misfits (his favorite band) for $10. Gas was 4 bucks a gallon when I started driving; we could barely do anything for 10 bucks and most of the cool people were already dead >:(

Great work! This is why I love threads like this... most of my IRL friends are 6'+ dudes who don't understand because they fluctuate 30lbs + or - all the time and no one notices... 30lbs is a huge victory for us short ladies!!!
