I am the same way I used to weigh 227 went down to 145 (gained most back boo) but I did not eat breakfast the whole time. I have found that because I do not eat except in those eight hours I drink a ton more water to help curb my appetite and the benifits I am seeing are amazing. that is me excatly I in fact messured myself this morning so I could keep track of inches. I love how my body is changing but nothing on the scale (boo) I am almost seven weeks in and it is frustrating but it is a life style change and patience is a good thing. I love this I had just about decided that I was just going to do cardio after my p90x was finished but now I realize my weight might not be dropping fast but I love gaining the muscle and feel stronger and should just stick with it!!!! So bump

thanks for asking this question it is the same with me and I was worried as well but I drink about 2 gallons of water a day so if drinking lots of water will flush it I feel good :)

I stopped with the protein powder drinks but when I did drink them I would mix it before my workout and let it set in the fridge with a spoon the whole time i was working out (about an hour) then when i was done working out i would remix it and it was fully dissolved!!!

p90x plyometrics I am doing the doubles and only had to workout for an hour today but I am sick and I threw up (sorry to be so graphic) twice but I am determined not to miss a workout!!! Never been so strong willed about working out before but now after I am done lurking on mfp I am going to sleep :)
