Thanks for all the ideas! Just a little question...if I replace chicken with Tofu in a receipe, do I use the same quantity? i.e.: 1 lbs of chicken = 1 lbs of tofu?

Good job!! My goal is also 225!, it's feseable, at 6'1 that's the weight I was at when I finished basic training in the military, boy was I in shape then!! Good luck with the strenght training!

I've been here for 10 days now and I love it! I true that it makes really easy to track calories, but also prevents from making mistakes! When I crave something, I look up how much calories it has and most often than not change my mind!! Good luck achieving your goals!!

I'm more of a book worm....I swear by "the biggest looser family cook book" wich has very good and tasty receipes and all the nutritionnal info. My sister's bible is the Curves book wich is also really good!

Maybe you should ask your NUTRITIONNIST instead of your trainer.....some trainers are more after the fast results than the healthy ones....
