I reajusted my spagetti recipe too, I've cut the meat by 1/2, and replaced 1/2 of what is left of beef by xtra lean ground porc. Added xtra lean turkey italian sausage meat, doubled the veggies (celery, zuchinni, muchrooms, onions, green-red-yellow peppers, black olives) and VOILÀ!!! It's actually the best spagetti sauce…

Always go as per your HRM, it's the most accurate way to know how many calories you've burned, and the calories counters on the machines are known to be innacurate.

dont worry about it FIT, a lot of specialists say that one day of "overindulging" with fatty foodscan actualy be good for you as long as you get back to eating right again the very next day! OH! and I dont log ANYTHING on Sundays, since it's my day off, i also take a day off logging. I'm still careful about what I eat tho!!

I don't log coffee or tea because I usualy have it on the go and since i'm usualy 2-300 low on calories I dont really worry about it.

Trail mix (nuts & raisins) is the easy solution for me, watch the fat on them tho....

Another book I REALLY like is "the biggest looser's family cookbook", it has recipes for stuff we usualy use but in the healthy version Here's what I had so far thet's most excellent chicken parmigana pizza burgers chicken stirfry shezchuan beef and brocoli thet'ree all good and low cal!!

I think I fainaly have the self control thing under control....I went to McD's with the kids for lunch and had a spicy Thai Salad with a water bottle (instead of my usual dble big mac meal with 1xtra bigmac and a coke) and a caramel sundae (instead of a large McFlurry)...570 calories total at McD's!!! I hate less calories…

I started Taekwondo with my kids, the workout is excellent, so is the philosophy! It builds self confidence and it's realy motivating, I started it to have a workout, now I workout outside of it to get better at it!! The school probably a free trials, give it a go!! Good luck and enjoy!! JF

I make pastas with sliced up turkey sausage, steamed brocoli, zuchinni and green beans and Healthy Harvest's Chunky vegetable lovers pasta sauce, just cook and mox everything together, it's to die for!!
