They say you have to shop around the outside walls, where all the fresh stuff is...it takes a little getting used to but by doing that, I dropped my sodium intake from 6000+ to less than 2000! Good luck! JF

of course it will be easier as you lose weight but there are ways to help yourself, my wife trying to do push ups too, she has to be able to do 7 for basic training (military), you want to do triceps and biceps exercises 3-4 times a day. I suggest "biceps 21"(2 sets 0f 8-14), with dumbells or a barbell, You do 7 lower half…

Also, it's the good kind of fat and carbs! and I'll be honest sometimes I only eat 1/2 of my exercise calories (I have 349 left…

If you're a 15 year old boy, it's time that you learn that there are better ways to settle an argument than a hunger strike.... You're only gonna make yourself sick and probably won't win much in the end.... Now get back at the table and eat your meat!

the last 15-20 lbs are usualy the hardest to loose, keep up the good work and check your food intake...my wife is in the same boat as you, seems she loses .5 lbs one day and gains 1 lbs the next. But she's toning up big time so her muscle weight replaces her fat weight... Mesure yourself instead of getting on the scale, if…

1200 calories when you workout for 1 hr is not enough, your body goes in starvation mode and stores fat instead of burning it, you should eat more on the days you exercise. Also, I dont know your weight, but the heavier you are, the more calories you need to eat to loose weight. 1200 is the bare minimum for female, you…

I think I know where your coming from.....from my point of view, what you're doing is much better than not doing any at all on account of tight schedule! Of course it's not the best strenght training you can do, but if it's all you can do, then it's good!
-
MFP puts it a bit low for proteins, with Bank's advice I upped mine to 25%, but I think the with my training schedule I could even bring it up to 30%!!

MFP is user based tho, a lot of info doesn't match...

Dont't trust the HRM on the machine, I dont know why they put them on there, all they do is misslead people!
