Something simple I bring is a turkey wrap. Take a 6 inch flour tortilla and spread a little bit of mustard (or mayo) and hot salsa on it. About 2 tbsp of each. Can anyone recommend an HRM that is not the watch type? Preferably under $100. I don't have alot to spend on it.

I'm doing the unmodified stuff more often than not. I'm not sure what the average heart rate is because I have to hold my finger on it to find out and I'm moving too much for that. Could it be that I wear the HRM like a watch with the face up on my wrist? Maybe I need the "sensor side" on the bottom of my wrist?
