No worries! You can only move forward. Same thing happened to me and I restarted about a week ago and have lost 4 lbs. If I can do it, you can do it. Good luck!

Awesome! Yes, weight fluctuates everyday. Sometimes I'm 3 lbs heavier the next day or 3 lbs lighter! It's totally normal. So glad you are sticking with both strength training and cardio. xoxo

If you're about to start your period (or are on it), then you will definitely keep retaining water. I never weigh myself while I am about to be on my period or am on it...

This is what I do too! I use netflix to change out my workouts. If you are really wanting ot buy a DVD, I'd go wtih Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds. She's so motivating!
