I only do a Friday morning weigh in but I do check's sometimes during the week. Seeing the numbers go down gives me motivation. If your talking about food scales, they are a must! I measure almost everything, sometimes you find that you can eat much more than you originally thought.

Peanut butter for sure, great on apples. Also a new fan to flavored hummus on celery or baby carrots. Moroccan hummus is YUM!

Great post. It really helps to see what others with the same goals are eating. 1690 + exercise calories which I almost always eat :) I'll add you.

My son is 13 months and I am still 2 lbs over my baby weight, which is still 60 lbs over my ideal weight, I know this site works, I've already seen results, me too I think I need community support to make the changes permanent.
