Yeah Cardio recovery wasn't as intense and I enjoyed all the stretches too. My calves and thighs are still sore though. I'm hoping they'll start recovering soon.

Hi Both, I just finished the plyo circuit and boy I found it really difficult especially around the basketball throw stage. Hi, I started on the MFP this month, I log every day and my diary is open to my friends. I'm eating the same foods but not to excess and feel better for it. To be honest I just thought that I wouldn't shed much weight weekly so thought I'd do every 2 weeks. I don't have a problem weighing more regularly as I'm not fixed on my weight as such more on the way I look. So daily weigh ins won't be a problem for me.
