I know this isn't the best approach but since I barely go out to eat I usually get what I want, count it and move on.

No, you could have your days worth of calories in dairy and you will still lose weight. Not that that's a good idea..

Only my mom knows, really and that's because I measure everything.

I usually count anything past 12 as the next day. I don't usually eat anything that late at night though.

My reward is an industrial piercing and a new wardrobe when I get to my goal :D This is what it looks like for anyone wandering: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bk1GMfVtl68/T2MZ1RHlUiI/AAAAAAAAADU/7T1zTRUBCzA/s400/Industrial_Piercing_by_firexcrotch91.jpg Also I love the idea of small rewards along the way, definitely something…

Totally agree. I mean, god forbid you should actually eat on thanksgiving! Besides, a lot of it could be water retention from the high amount of sodium.

Wow, go you! Keep up the good work, you look great (:

I like to save calories for lunch and dinner and snacks. But if I'm especially hungry in the morning I do eat something like oatmeal or cereal or toast

I don't know if my tummy counts as a B belly but the majority of my stomach fat is around my lower stomach and I have a very small amount of fat around my ribs. Duno if that counts o.O

I haven't lost enough to go shopping but I already hide in clothes that are probably way too big so by the time I've lost even 20 pounds i'll be drowning in my current wardrobe. I don't think I'll buy a full wardrobe until I'm at my goal weight though

Wow gorgeous! Second one is awesome.

Not failing this time. The thought of finally being happy with my body.

What works for me is balance. I'll take the chicken, brown rice and broccoli. That's very appealing and delicious to me. I also love fruits, veggies, lean meats and nuts. However I also love ice cream and pizza and cheese burgers and potato chips. To me eating only healthy foods just doesn't work long term so a balance is…

Agreed! I'm trying all of these, especially the pumpkin. :D I have wanted to try the strawberry jam but I wasn't sure if it'd be good.

I love walnuts in my oatmeal, it's great having a little crunch. ^^ I don't have much around the house right now since I haven't been to the grocery store recently but I'm really curious about the craisens, dates and fruit and berry almond milk. I'm gonna pick them up next shopping trip. Thanks!

I was skinny up until I was around 11 or 12 and I was eating badly for a while and when I hit puberty I gained weight. I've heard it's common since I've eaten really badly since then but I put on any weight since I was maybe 14. Only thing now is taking the weight off. :/

omg hahaha

I never have finished it. Really want to! Count me in.

Every Friday, naked, after I use the bathroom. It discourages me to see huge fluctuations, even if I know they're just that -- fluctuations.
-
Also agree with this, if you don't keep trying you'll never know what could have come out of it!
-
Definitely think you should check it :) I weigh in every Friday but I do occasionally weigh in through out the week.

Inches all the way. Sometimes I see no scale change but then I check out my measurements and find I'm getting smaller.

They fade. The ones on my thighs used to make me so insecure but even I can't see them anymore. I think there are also things you can do to fade them like Bio Oil which I have to yet to try. I've heard good things about Mederma as well. But I do think they fade a lot when you lose the weight.
