When to start measuring
I've only lost around around 8 or 9 pounds (2-3 before joining MFP) so it makes sense that I wouldn't be seeing drastic measurement changes but I haven't lost any inches. When should I start relying on them?

YUMMMM Oatmeal
For breakfast I had plain oatmeal made with water and as a topping I added frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberries), 2 tsps of brown sugar and 2 tbsps of peanut butter. Progress Pics w no mirror!
I'm not sure if this belongs here, but it seems the best bet. I don't have a mirror long enough for progress pics in my home, what do you mirrorless people do for pics? I think I ought to take them now because I'm just starting out rather than being halfway in and not knowing where I started!

Too large of a deficit?
My TDEE is 2,100 and my BMR is 1,500. My TDEE-20% leaves me with 1,670 to work with. I'm lightly active (walking pretty much every day) and I'm 5'3. MFP gives me an allowance of 1,200. Should I continue eating at 1,200 or should I up my calories to 1,670? I do tend to feel hungry at times when I'm eating 1,200.

Loose Skin?
I'm 5'3 and about 160 pounds. I've been overweight all of my teen years (I was thin as a child), but I'm worried about loose skin after weight loss. My heighest weight was 170.
