I am new to this challenge group, I ran into it and thought it was JUST what I needed. SW: 165lbs CW: 145lbs GW: 125lbs My goal this week is to start exercising. I will use the stationary bike for 30min each and every day. I ALSO, need to drink at LEAST 8 glasses of water each day.
