If i had breakfast an hour or so before i eat some dark chocolate (70% cocoa) ... it gives me loads of energy If i workout very early it's a shake (fruit, full fat milk, protein powder) i might add peanut butter and veggies to that also

why don't you just make a normal whole wheat pizza with normal cheese and toppings and eat in moderation ...?? i make pizza every now and then and enjoy it ... normal food ... but i don't eat as much ... and if i did i just move more or something

I would say just forget about it and continue as normal ... it happened to me plenty of times and it never hindered my weight loss plan ... one must expect a few falls ... this is life ...

I don't understand either ... i eat between 1700 and 1600 a day and i would be happy to eat more even though i never eat out (home cooked meals only) and i have only a few pounds to loose nothing major ... if i were to eat 1200 i might literally not be able to move
