  • whoa, 1800 calories?!? That is really high! I am allowed 1200 a day!! I would def lower that, eat better, and change up your exercises more. I do weights one day, run the next, stationary bike the next, more weights, run, etc...good luck!! its hard work but stay with it! :)

  • I am stuck as well. I lost almost 50 lbs a couple years ago. Quit smoking in January, and gained 20 pounds. Now I am trying to get that back off but its not budging. I work out 3-5 days a week, changing it up often, and I am eating better. Its very frustrating since the first time it came right off. If you find something…

  • Since I quit smoking in Jan. I have picked up another bad habit of snacking...healthier, yes but I've gained 20 lbs and can't drop them! I need to stop the snacking in the evenings!! I'm starting today, darn it!!!
  • Same here, very frustrated....I lost 45lbs a year 1/2 ago and then quit smoking 5 months ago. I am up 13lbs and gotten a lot of belly fat back. I can't seem to drop the pounds again!!! I'm exercising like normal, if not more and trying to eat ok. Annoying!!!
