  • Good luck! D'ont think of it as a diet, think of it as a life style change to EAT HEALTHY! The weight will come off with EXERCISE and eating good stuff!

  • i used to use the seasonings packets, but no more. I use chili powder, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, of course minced garlic and chopped onion, salt if you like. you can control the amouth of each ingredient and you dont get the extra salt that the packets have.

  • i am a 53 yr old female who may have hypothyroidism (spelling?) and I believe that after menopause I have NO METABOLISM. Do the drugs that treat thyroid problems, also increase your metabolism? I eat healthy, have cut out almost all white food and sugar, walk/trot 4 miles everyother day and find it very hard to lose more…
  • Hey, thanks a lot that makes me feel soo much better. I am a little concerned because my doctor uses the BMI percentage, then she informed me that I was (like you said) borderline obese. :mad: I appreciate the info. :flowerforyou:
