That's good advice. Lunges done incorrectly can really cause knee pain. I have bad knees so I know! It is a BEAST of a workout, but well worth it!

Thoughts: It is a great workout. Doing something different let me see that I have room to develop and grow. After the workout, I was sweating pretty profusely!
