hi i need to lose weight an work out. sometimes im not motivated. i usually quit in 2 months. i quit weight watchers too. this is my last resort

u might not be eating enough. the body metabolism slows down if it doesnt have enough calories. or u may have reached a plateau. try a different exercise like yoga, pilates. These reduce stress.:smile:

i used to eat 2000 cal a day no prob now i realize i can't anymore i eat more now because i get sad my mom passed from cancer in 2007 sometimes it still hits home and I tend to overeat lately but its weird cause right after she died i lost 30 lbs and didn't eat anything at all
