I agree! One episode says to not eat dairy and you'll lose weight automatically, then months later it says to drink 8oz 3 times a day to easily lose weight. The women at our local health food store just laugh, but I guess it helps them sell product!

Sorry I'm so late guys... like by a few months!!! LOL.. I'm back.. I've accepted the fact that I get lazy if I don't have some type of challange and I did amazing with this one!! My bike is broken :( so I'll be walking, which I'm not to fond of, so here it goes!!!

My trouble is I love the Horizon Organic butter - but I just switched to the Land o'Lakes Lite with canola oil. It's 50 calories per tablespoon. I Know I'll still use the Horizon Organic on some things, but I think I'm getting used to the other :)
