Are we talking about on a good day or a cheat day?!? LOL! On a bad day, my favorite tacos are Jimboy's tacos, straight up how they come. On a good day, I make them at home.

Not sure, but I am interested to know. 1400 sounds WAY too high to be correct!

Gonna try that! Lord knows I have enough children's bowls I could use!

It's definately the cereal portions... they are ridiculous. Double it and I'd be happy!

That sounds awesome! Saving it! Is it 118 calories for the entire head of cauliflower?

So much drama in this thread... she was simply trying to share a recipe. No one has to try it if it's not for them. It should be left at that.

Yep... just saw her do a pasta dish with them last weekend! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/speedy-tuna-noodle-skillet-recipe/index.html

I agree... I didn't make mine public for a long time and now that I look back, the reason was simple... because I wanted to be able to eat crappy and not be held accountable for it. Now that it's public, I'm really making sure (most of the time) that the things I eat are things that my friends would find acceptable. It…

Yep, looks like it's in your "workout history". Press Mode, Select Bike History (or whatever you set it as), highlight By Day & press enter. Scroll through, highlight the one you want, and press enter again. At the top, it should show you how many calories you burned during that workout. Hope this helps.

Does it have to be wine? I saw a commercial for a 55 calorie beer! That'd be awesome! Except I don't really drink and I don't like beer. Here's an article with some tips you may enjoy... check it out! http://wine.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Low_Calorie_Wine

My main goal for September is to lose 9 pounds by the 24th and to eat well during my son's 1st birthday party!

My husband is the same way. Can eat whatever and not gain. Drives me nuts.

Anything less than 1200 will put you into starvation mode, making it more difficult to lose weight. It could also cause other complications as well, such as loss of hair, etc... Glad you upped your calories to 1200. Remember also, if you workout, you should eat those calories as well. So if you have a goal of 1200 and your…

I'm so sorry! My dad is still alive, thank God, but he has had one or two heart attacks. It's bad news. :frown:

Easier for them does not mean better for us. It's depressing to know you did well and then look back and be "told" that you didn't. Oh well, not letting it get to me! I know I was under my calorie goal that day!
