Well, I gained 2 pounds last week (suprise suprise). Pretty pissed at myself and my body is rebelling! :sick: Tomorrow is a new day, though, right?!?! Re-starting the 30 DS tomorrow.

Not sure of one that acts as a pedometer unless you go the Bodybug route, but I don't know much about the Body Bug. My HRM was about $60 on Amazon and I definately suggest it! It's the Polar FT4. Polar HRM's are definately the way to go, if you ask me! Chest strap is EXTREMELY necessary! Anything else will only be slightly…

Didn't choose to have c-sections... in fact, I refused to read up on them because I thought I wouldn't have to worry about it. I only log it if I have lost weight or if it's been while since I last recorded a weight. And I also only record pounds, no .5 or .1 or anything like that...

No, I don't subtract my resting calories burned and, in all honesty, I probably never will. That would be making things FAR too complicated for me. I add what the HRM tells me I burned. The way I figure it, I burn WAY more and eat WAY less than I did pre-lifestyle change and that's good enough for me! :happy:

I've never tried p90x, but in your case, I would definately suggest the 30 Day Shred! Level 1 is about 27 minutes long and it's awesome for toning!!

My reason for running? If someone is chasing me! :laugh: But really, I don't run unless it's to save my kids from running into the street or touching something nasty. I find other ways to get my exercise in... running is too rough on my shin splints.

Sam's Club! I always get pre-packaged individual bags of pretzels all decorated for Halloween! They also have individual bags of popcorn... :happy:

I do the 30 Day Shred, but I also do other things. Zumba, line dancing, cardio kickboxing, stairs, etc... pretty much whatever I feel like doing that day. I did it for 4 days straight, but ended up taking a 3 day break. The break has got to end today though! Tonight, once my kids are in bed, it's on Jillian Michaels!!…
