  • I started with lean but didn't find it challenging enough and got bored really quick. I also didn't see the results I was hoping for. I switched to classic 30 days ago and I'm much happier!
  • Alright! I gave in and went to the dang doctor today about my shoulder but all she had was good good news! She thinks I strained either a muscle or a ligament. While that's not fantastic, it's not something like a torn rotator cuff or a fractured clavicle. I am to baby it a little bit longer, ice it twice a day and take…
  • Mornin P90 peeps! I have Kenpo today and then jiu jitsu tonight. Sitting on a conference call, waiting for it to end so I can go work out. :-/ Did core yesterday. I love that workout! Wish I got to do it more than just in the recovery week!
  • Yea, I've done ice/heat. Pretty sure I jammed it while I was fighting last week. I was fighting someone new to the sport and didn't really know what they were doing. It'll get better. I'm just impatient and have never been good at babying injuries.... :-/
  • Week 4 day 1 for me. Shoulder is still wonky. Made through half of the yoga DVD before it really started to tweak the shoulder. :-/ I'll just baby it a little more.
  • Shoulder is hurting a little but I'm not one to baby. Did legs and back and ARX last night. Did Kenpo X this morning before work. ;-) Congrats to the new comers! And absolutely freaking awesome for those who have posted pics and stats! I'm hoping my pic at the end of next week will be something to post!! You're inspiring!
  • I eat the recommended 2400 and am losing fat. (Most of it is getting transfered over to muscle). But you burn through so many calories during the workouts, you need those extra. I just started being able to eat the entire 2400 per day. It took three weeks to get up to! Good luck! Hopefully I will your zen with the yoga!
  • Was supposed to do yoga this morning and I tried and made it until the first plank and then i crumpled. I had jiu jitsu two nights in a row this week and hurt my left shoulder Tuesday night. Stupidly, I went ahead and went class last night as well. I'm not sure what I did to it, but it hurts and wouldn't support weight…
  • Day two of week three done. I am loving plyo the more I do it! My absticles were in some serious pain today from the couple hundred push ups yesterday......
  • I had a trainer way back in the day that gave me a cure for this. It has worked for me for years. When I get a stitch on my left side I try to even out my breathing and lift that arm in the air while I do. It's supposed to help expand the side of the affected lung.
  • Chect & Back and Ab Ripper X tonight after work. Hate it when I have to be in to the theater early for work and don't get to work out first. :-/
  • I miss doing the core workout. That was my favorite part of the lean routine. Looks like it's only used in the recovery week on the classic. I could never do the twist though. :-/
  • Weights, weights, weights! I am a former bat wing girl myself. They are still there but have gone down. Make sure when lifting wiehgts you're working your triceps and shoulders as well as your biceps. And if you do lose weight faster than your elasticity responds, give it some time. Mine rebounded more after a while.
  • Week 2 Day 7 for me. Stretch X tonight (luv the stretch DVD) and a jog. I rarely ever do nothing on a rest day. If nothing else I'll hit a jiu jitsu or muay thai class. I get bored and antsy without a daily physical outlet now.
  • Hi guys! I'm just finishing week two of p90x. Mind if I jump in on the conversation? Anyone want a p90x buddy?
