i kinda have the same problem alot of days. with all the working out i do.. ic ant always eat all that im supposed to too.. its hard.. but i usually make up for it at some point during the week!.. see wat other ppl have to say! id be interested as well!

i am/was a waitress bartender.. i put my activity level as sedentary.. and then on those days i basically consider it an added bonus.. i know im gonna be burning alot of calories and more than likely u rnot able to eat while ur at work.. so just know u can add some extra calories if u want.. on those days i eat healthy…

eatin more does seem weird.. but ur body needs the fuel.. otherwise where does it come from.. think.. 800 calories is more than half ur daily intake.. u need to make uo for that.. and dont eat more as in just watever u want obviously.. i try to make those extra calories i eat the cleanest!.. the chicken breasts, the sweet…

sounds like ur workin out alot (too much cardio) try doing less cardio and upping ur weight training and eating a lil more.. if ur doing all taht cardio u need to fuel ur body.. sounds like ur not eatin enough.. are u eatin bacjk ur exercise calories?.. u should.. not to mention.. over time.. u are going to stop losing…

theyre different workouts.. i wouldnt try to compare them...id try to mix them up as much as u can.. do u have a gym membership? use the treadmill there.. or run in the morning instead of using the elipitcal.. they are both beneficial... just try to switch it up..

you should aim to get approx 1g of protein per goal weight.. so if u wanna weight 125lbs u should consume roughly about 125g of protein each day...make sense?

JM 30Day Shred is a good spot to start she incorporated weights great for toning.. and its a 30 min workout at home.. the gym is a whole diff story.. but at home i think thats a good place to start!
