Some of my sleeves feel tighter but it's not too much of a difference. Somebody mentioned thighs of skinny jeans, those are usually pretty snug since my quads are kind of large. I have only been seriously lifting for a few months after weight loss, I was doing too much cardio. I'm excited to see how my body will change :)

Ahhh the good old desk job! That's how I got to my previous 240 lbs! Now I go have an exercise ball in my office and try to get some stuff done on that as well as 10 lb dumbells just to do little things with. It's a good idea to get up and walk a bit every hour. I have kept my weight off for about 3 years now, I did slip up for a few months and was drinking too much but didn't so much gain weight as I lost muscle and gained fat. It makes me feel awkward when people comment on it. I lost about 70 pounds but it has been years since I initially lost the weight and I still get comments about it when I post a photo to facebook. I just say thanks and try to move on to another subject.

I will just say you should not skip working out if you want because you feel uncomfortable, I was like that when I started at 240 lbs, but I have come a long way. You can do this :D

I just say listen to your body. Some days I'm just really feeling it and spend hours in the gym if time permits. As long as it's not an attempt to drop weight super fast and you feel good an energized do what ever you wish :)

I lost 74 pounds and still feel the same lol, it's entirely normal at first. If others are noticing you are doing something right! Keep it up :D

I just don't have any foods that I really enjoy so that probably helps a lot. I am weird, but honestly if I had certain foods I loved I would find it very hard to stay at 1200 probably. From your profile pic you look great already anyways :)
