female building muscle
Apparently I am not muscular enough for my boyfriend. He referenced Dana Bailey the other night. Obviously she looks amazing but works out a hell of a lot more than I can. I work out an hour to 2 hours almost daily, but think that goal might be hard to reach. Any ladies out there that have tips and can help keep motivated ?

The last bit of weight is Stubborn!
Ok, so I have lost about 74 pounds now and I know that's awesome and all but I still have 25-30 pounds before I reach my goal weight. It just really seems like the last bit of weight wants to hang on. Any advice/tips on losing the last bit? Thanks :)

Lost 70 pounds, still feel the same?
I was just curious if anybody else has lost a significant amount of weight and not been as thrilled as they expected? I know I lost a bunch of weight and always get positive comments but I still feel like the same girl. I don't feel healthier or any better about my body just yet. I still have 20-30 lbs to get where I want…
