I agree with the above comments about undereating. Eat more of the good stuff -- veggies, healthy fats and lean protein. Eat small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism revved up too!

My favorite protien powder is Isoflex peanut butter chocolate, but its not super cheap. It is AMAZING in a smoothie with a banana and greek yogurt. I also snack on hardboiled eggs.

I dip whole wheat crackers in hummus, or eat it on celery. Some people have told me its good on sandwiches. Staples of my shopping list: celery, apples, chicken, spinach, eggs, bananas.
