For my money you can't go wrong with Slayer, especially anything off of "Reign in Blood" and/or "South of Heaven". Skid Row, Guns N' Roses and Pantera are worth looking into as well.

Somehow I missed following up on this post. Almond butter is great albeit a little pricey. If you find a sale it is wise to stock up. This is pretty much what I adhere to except for the late night snack I have 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese and a tablespoon of almond butter.

Well turns out I figured wrong on the size of a serving of whey protein (counted it twice) so now I have almost 500 calories to burn! I wonder what time Dairy Queen closes? I bet a banana split would be awesome right about now!
