Nate those numbers are awesome. If you want to compete at powerlifting my advice would be to get on the platform as soon as possible. You'll meet so many people and develop a passion for the sport way beyond what you had before.

Yea, generally dead>squat>bench. Sometimes that seems to vary with an experienced or geared lifter. I'd say that if your average gym lifter squats more than they deadlift 9 times out of 10 they aren't squatting deep enough.

Just because this looked astoundingly high calorie I ran this through wolframalpha. It came out with the following macros: Total P 100 F 447 C 550 Sugar 438 Cal 6469 1/8 P 12 F 55 C 68 Sugar 54 Cal 808 I mean, it looks delicious but would be hard for most to fit into their diet.

Rabbit Run is a good option. Strong build-up. Works for when I am hitting a heavy squat set.

You can also get them to set one in, one out (or at least in the NZPF you can). This means that you can still grip inside the racks but you won't catch a plate on the walkout.
