I too can so totally relate. I lost a total of 23 pounds. And, since slacking off have packed a total of 15 lbs back on. Today is my first day back on the site. I just finished working out 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I've really been slacking here on Mfp since July. I still exercise at least 3 x a week and I do make healthier choices but I've not been meticulous about journaling my intake like I was in the beginning and it shows. Today is the day I step on that evil scale as well. And, it is also my month anniversary for getting on board with MFP. I have lost a total of 11 pounds so far!::wink: Way to Go Everyone!
