Alright, I know it doesn't sound like anything at all... but I lost a pound! A whole pound!
when I stood on the scale (after feeling so wretched, yesterday, and ready to GIVE UP), I gasped. I was so surprised.
It's been a week of me eating better. More healthy. MOVING more than just in relation to caring for my home and family. I thought I'd NEVER see a loss!
To all of you who encouraged me, yesterday, thanks again! And... you were RIGHT!
To everyone else who might be feeling as bad as I did yesterday... Keep on keeping on. You will see results, eventually.
It is very, very difficult to remain patient.... even for just a week or a measly pound.... when you want to see results so desperately!
I for one am so very GLAD to have found this site and all of you!
