Its hard to determine unless you have a HRM but if you google "Calories burned doing chest and back for p90x and ab ripper" you can see responses and see if someone has the same weight.

I would suggest doing something else first before doing it again only because you don't wanna get in a rut!!! Maybe do some cardio. At least give yourself more time off from it, it can get monotonous. Weight training perhaps anything but jumping right back into the 90 days of p90x!!!

Welcome!!! I am in the same boat!!! I found eating right as well as the exercise is what really helped me. Once I started counting my calories I noticed a huge difference.

I would personally not recommend diet supplements, they might seem fabulous but it the long run it tears and wears on your body. The best way is to eat right, drink water and work out.
