Hi im Melodie-lea,
i joined the site because since having my little girl iv put a lot of weight on and gained a lot of bad eating habits!
i just joined the gym today but at abit of a loss where to start! my problem areas are stomach and lower back if anyone know of anything that cant help reduce these areas i would be more than grateful for there advise!
AND
if anyone can give me some good tips on good,easy to cook recipes that would be fab also !!

Welcome!!! I am in the same boat!!! I found eating right as well as the exercise is what really helped me. Once I started counting my calories I noticed a huge difference.0

Belly dance is great to relieve your lower back pain. You will increase your core strength and your back will no longer have to do all of the work. Plus belly dance is more fun that doing crunches!!!0

Yes i definitely need to change my BAD eating habits !! i no this is the problem,as i am already very active,But like you said even with just starting today i have found it a lot easier using the calorie counter :-D0 -
