Congrats on meeting your goal.

Even though you know it sometimes it helps to hear it. You are doing great. Don't let those numbers get you down. And congrats on the run sounds like you had an amazing run.

From everything i've read on the topic. You can't spot reduce fat loss. Your body is going to shed those pounds and inches from where ever it wants to. Just keep up the cardio and losing weight and it will eventually go. Trust me I wish there was a way to focus on my hips too. Right now i'm just watching my top shrink and…

I've seen a few people mention trying Stevia. what is it and what are the benefits?
-
I completely agree with you, it was so often that I would eat my food and finish off my what kids had left on their plates while i was picking up or just snacking on the run. Grab a hand full of this or that. It's amazing to realize how far we have all come.

Regardless of the starting weight (if the old scale was wrong) you have lost 32 pounds. That is amazing and you should be proud. I wouldn't panic , when you get home try it on the same flat surface you've been using. Also try weighing a few things that you know the weight of to test it's accuracy, like hand weights. That's…

I find that the incline makes it easier on my knees but it did take a little getting used to.

Way to go. Shopping is so much fun when the diets are working.
-
I know the feeling sweetie.. It is amazing. Congrats!!
-
Thats a good idea but it would be just my luck to not make it to the gym after eating all day.

when i've tried eating to close to a work out i find my stomach gets upset. But i have tried to start eating a yogurt around 4 on gym days so i have something in me. I'm at the gym for a bout 5:30. any thing heavier and i can't make it through the workout.

As far as the stretch marks go, I don't mind mine. I look at them as a road map of motherhood.. lol sounds cute but i do know what you mean. i have them all over my belly and sides as i lose weight and summer approches the thought of swimsuits is very scary. I have lost a bunch of weight slowly. I thnk that is the reason…

That's great. You are a very good friend and an inspiration.

I realized the other day that i am in desprate need of new undies. I'm shrinking in all the wrong places and am no longer fitting in my bras but my butt won't budge.. I haven't even considered Victoria Secrets since i've been shopping at Lane bryant for sooo many years. It's crazy to think that i can once again shop there.…

Sometimes we stumble along this weight loss journey, even fall down a few times. What matters is that you get back up and keep moving forward. Welcome back =)

I have the no more trouble zones, I do that twice a week. On days i don't go to the gym. I love it, i'm thinking about getting a few more to try.
-
I understand being fusterated when the scale doesn't seem to be on your side. however you should be very proud of yourself for being in such great shape. Are you eating enough calories?
-
LOL.. yes that happened to me last week. I tried a new reciepe and it didn't come out all that good but i slaved in the kitchen for that food and I wasn't going to waste it. So I made myself finish it.

I just got the Polar FT7 and I really like it. It got really good reviews from everything i read on it before.
-
You look great and are doing amazing. Please don't let them discourage you from your goals. I'm glad you did this post because I was going to do a vent session of my own today, one of the women at work informed me that I look like i'm wasting away, I took it as a compliment then she continued saying that I must be starving…

I agree, however it is an interesting study about calorie consumption. It is much better to eat healthy foods that are high in protein and fiber.
-
Here is a very interesting article: http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html This study shows that it's not what you eat but how much of it. I just wanted to mention that i'm not at all recomending doing this because I sure wouldn't but it shows that one weekend isn't going to kill your hard…

I'm not sure about the ones without the chest strap. From everything i've read they are the best and most accurate. I got a Polor F7 this weekend and i'm still trying to figure it out. lol

I've noticed the same thing. I normally go with what the treadmill says. I got a HRM this weekend and i'm very excited to compare the three. And i also try to go with the lower calorie burn when pointing exercise and higher when pointing food, just to be safe.
-
great job. you look amazing.

Are you eating your calories? I don't believe the amount of carbs matter as long as you are not consuming the extra calories. I did WW for a while and did lose but when I started to just plateau I researched and began to calorie count.
-
I understand that you can't spot lose. But if you are doing toning exercises focusing on that area will building muscle effect the overall appearance?
-
I've been using the calorie count on the treadmill but i went and got a HRM yesterday. I'm very excited to see if they are going to match.
