In. I've gain about 10lbs since October. Was .3lbs from my goal and hurt my back. Couldn't exercise for a month and figured might as well enjoy the winter and eat and drink. Jan 1 is back to healthy

Isopure Protein Isolate. They have a fat free and a carb free. Lots of flavor choices. The unflavored is pure protein. 0 fat, 0 sugar, 0 carbs. Flavor, not the best, but if you mix it with something, best there is. IMO
